Aha!  All this time I have been wondering and now, this beautiful site lays it out for me easy as pie.  Pie, as you will discover, is another important part of being Carlin, as pie is to be consumed and enjoyed to the fullest extent.  Particularly warm peach pie.  You were most likely referred here by my LiveJournal, my MySpace or some other such website which is also dedicated to Carlin.  There are plenty of them out there, as you will find, as Carlin is a popular subject.  Carlin is discussed in chat rooms, on message boards, in cafes, why, even in the most important of UN meetings.  But what exactly is Carlin?  Even those who discuss it at length may not grasp the entire meaning of Carlin.  I myself, the person behind this whole Carlin business, can only give you a brief, simple outline on this quite intellectual, beautiful, and complex subject.

Let it be known that the Carlin (yes, there is the article, though it is often dropped colloquially) simply is.  Nothing more, and nothing less.  The Carlin can be the source of great happiness, or the Carlin can be a source of great misery.  It all depends on the interpretation, you see.  The Carlin, like many things in life, is different for everyone, means something to some, and absolutely nothing to others.
